Greenbush Group developed the very successful Botanic residential apartment project in Finlayson Street, Lane Cove. Completed in 2014 the project included 79 luxury apartments with a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Greenbush worked with four landowners including the Uniting Church and an experienced builder to secure the development site.
Botanic provided superbly designed apartments with sophisticated interiors by SJB. Located on the doorstep of the Lane Cove village the convenience and amenity offered in conjunction with the quality of the product provided for an excellent result for purchasers. Once approvals were secured Greenbush contracted Icon Constructions to build the project and formed a joint venture with Icon to deliver the project.
