Blackmores

The Directors of Greenbush acted as the development manager for the new Blackmores facility located in Sydney’s northern suburbs of Balgowlah. The project involved the sourcing of the property and the development of a 5,385m2 office, 3,400m2 production area, 6170m2 warehouse and 220 car parks. Features of the buildings included a gymnasium, swimming pool and a 5 star ABGR rating. The property was valued in excess of $50million on completion of the project.
